**Making a Purchase**
To make a purchase, simply browse our store and add any desired items to your shopping cart Once you're finished, check your basket to ensure you haven't overlooked anything, then proceed to the 'Checkout.' You'll need to provide a few details to complete your order.

**Shipping Costs**
We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping.

**Delivery Schedule**
We aim to ship all items within 2-3 days after receiving payment, provided all items are in stock. If some are unavailable, we will strive to dispatch them within 14 days. In the unlikely event that we cannot within 14 days, we will reach out to you.
If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days, we will notify you immediately to arrange an alternative delivery. If rescheduling is not possible, we will gladly refund any payments made or cancel the order.
**Back Orders**
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a back order. You will always receive an email with the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.

**Returns Policy**
If you receive a product that differs from the description, is damaged, or is faulty please contact us, and we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund. All faulty or damaged goods must be reported via email within 7 days of receipt.
